COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metler Toledo IND690-PANEL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metropolitan-Lighting products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Metropolitan-Lighting product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metropolitan-Lighting such as the 777683 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 733256MFD4Gb manufactured by Micron and we are pleased to be able to service most Micron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N850909 by Manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Minster Brand 4910294 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microcscan such as FIS42000122 equipment made by Microcscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microcscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microcscan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS025S113SU made by Micromotion as well as the popular ANG04GDBV40 original spares produced by Miki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 740000380 by Mgi-Technologies and FIS42000122 spares by Microcscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 06701C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
